Both of us are crazy about everything boba! We’re always out to find the newest spots in every city. Boba shop just opened? We probably tried it already, haha! For this week’s featured boba shop, we went out to R&B Tea in Westminster. They have more locations popping up in the OC and San Diego soon!
What really caught our eyes were their colorful drinks and gorgeous cup designs. We tried every type of drink they got, from the Stormy series, which are thick creamy drinks, to their fresh fruit teas. It was hard to choose a favorite for both of us. But if you know us, we are kind of leaning towards the jasmine green milk tea. 😉 You can take a look at their menu here.
XL Hawaiian Fruit Tea
This tea cup sure is BIG! And we love how much freshly cut fruits there are inside. It’s so refreshing! This is one of our fave drinks from there.
The store was super spacious, with places to sit at the well-lit bar and along the side. This is a really awesome place to hang out with friends or to sit and get some work done. Both of us like to find a nice tea house to sit and study whenever our finals were coming up. Of course, who needs another reason to visit a tea shop??
Mangonada & Devil's Booster
This Devil’s Booster was amazing! What a name, huh? Anyways, it’s a new year, and we are trying to make a goal of using more sustainable products. We were glad R&B has their own metal straws! It comes with a cleaner and a pouch seemed to be made from natural materials. We love it!
There are a bunch of decals around the shop. It definitely brightens up the place and and shows off their logo at the same time. Nicely done!
Chloe here! My favorite drink is probably the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Boba. This is ALWAYS my go-to drink. I love the tea to milk ratio, one was not overpowering another while a hint of Jasmine was still there. Their boba was the perfect level of chewiness and sweet boba is a MUST!
