It’s been another hectic week of school because of midterms but I’ve still been able to shop around a bit with all the Flash sales going on at the mall these past few weeks. Which means goodbye to the old and in with this season’s newest trends!

Been keeping up with New York Fashion Week and I really feel the punky-grunge vibe going on, especially with Alexander Wang and FENTYxPUMA’s latest lineup. Definitely lots of chokers, black mesh, lace-up detailings, and monochromatic colors on the runway this season. For this week’s look, I wanted to perk up my fashion vibes by looking cutesy, but still rock that flair of badassery. So I  threw on my cream colored turtleneck tunic from Forever 21, which is totally girly with it’s soft color and flowiness.

To add in that dash of badass, I went with my studded-leather motorcycle from H&M. I really love the studs on this jacket because it adds so much more detailing. No need to wear extra accessories.

For shoes, I went with my favorite thigh-high suede boots, to get the most out of them before this cold weather is over. There has definitely been so much suede this winter, I can already see this trend creeping into Spring; think of all the Boho chic looks we could pull off! This will definitely be the defining material for the upcoming festival season.

For my lipstick, I went with Revlon’s Black Cherry because I thought a darker lip would bring out the rebellious side in me.
